kalgebra-common software package provides contains files common for kalgebra and kalgebramobile, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kalgebra-common
kalgebra-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kalgebra-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kalgebra-common *
You will get with kalgebra-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
